Full Payment is made at time of booking via https://allaboutstyle.com.au.
Cancellations or Postponements
All changes or cancellations must be made by phone.
All services are non-refundable but can be postponed to a suitable date agreed by both parties. It is up to the client to contact All About Style a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to make any changes. If they do not, no refunds or changes will be applied.
Dressing for You Workshop
Full payment at time of booking is required to secure a seat.
On confirmation payment has been received, your ticket will be sent via email.
All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. They are non-refundable but they can be redeemed for other services of the same value at https://allaboutstyle.com.au.
All prices stated on the All About Style website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Antoinette Stonham, Principal Personal Stylist of All About Style, works over most suburbs of Sydney, including all suburbs within Sydney CBD, Inner West Sydney, Western Sydney, South West Sydney, North Sydney, North West Sydney, North East Sydney, South Sydney and South East Sydney, Southern Highlands, Wollongong. No additional travel fees are charged to these locations. Any travel outside these locations may be subject to a travel fee. If you are located outside these locations and wish to book services, please email email@example.com for a quote prior to booking.
Personal shopping trips are conducted at Macarthur Square, Sydney CBD or Bondi Junction.
All Virtual Services are conducted via video Zoom.us link. Instructions are provided by All About Style prior to scheduled time on how to connect. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have appropriate technology and internet service for the booked session duration. No refunds will be provided if there are technical issues.
Lockdown or Store Closures
If retail stores are closed and shopping is unable to occur in person, virtual services will be offered for the scheduled booking time. If the client will prefer to still have session in person, it is up to the client to contact All About Style and confirm their preference for an in person session a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. All About Style will then issue a Voucher for use for a future date. It is then up to the client to schedule a new session using the voucher at https://allaboutstyle.com.au when retail stores re-open.
